Excuse me for not understanding what you're saying here: "There are q+1 points on each line. Each pair of points define a unique line..." How can this be? The q+1 points are situated on one line, and each pair of points from these q+1 points will define a unique line???What's the difference between the first line and the second line?

Meaning, there's only one line that goes through a given pair of points.
