Not in Errata.
Should it not be 'c - i*d' instead of 'c + i*d' in the denominator.
Noted in paperback edition where all the published Errata agrees with.

No it's not a mistake, it should be c+i*d. The exercise is about dividing two complex numbers a+i*b and c+i*d. Please refer to the solution to exercise 4.1 given in this forum to see why. If you need any help please post again.
